Hello, I’m Micheala, founder of Belmont Sawyer. We specialise in permanent maintenance and engineering recruitment for SME and mid-sized manufacturing businesses across Oxfordshire, Sussex, and the South Coast.

We focus on placing multi-skilled maintenance engineers, electrical maintenance engineers, and reliability/CI engineers into food, FMCG, packaging, plastics, machinery, and high-tech manufacturing environments.

At Belmont Sawyer, we partner closely with engineering and operations leaders to solve one key problem: finding and retaining the right specialist engineering talent. We take a hands-on, founder-led approach, working with a small number of businesses at a time to ensure every recruitment process is high-quality and well-managed.
