Hello, I’m Micheala, founder of Belmont Sawyer. The business started out in my home city of Oxford, and over the past 10 years I’ve specialised in helping organisations find the right talent and guiding candidates toward roles where they can truly thrive. I’ve spent over a decade helping organisations and individuals navigate the world of recruitment, and I’m passionate about creating meaningful connections between people and opportunities.

I started my career in Financial Services which gave me a deep understanding of clients’ needs, goals, and the importance of trust in professional relationships. I then moved into recruitment, specialising in accountancy, financial services, sales, and business development. Over the years, I’ve supported a wide range of organisations, from start-ups to established businesses, helping them find the right talent while also guiding candidates to roles where they can truly thrive.
